Convenient location, once I knew how to find it from Oimachi station (must use the Central West station exit, not the West exit, and then follow the subway line directly south until you see Tokyo Wish or the hotel--look for the hotel's name at the top of the building--itself; take the outside escalator 2 floors up). 7-Eleven and Family Mart both within easy walking distance, as well as the Fujisoba ramen that's open almost 24 hours a day. (During regular business hours, there is no shortage of excellent food options nearby, although I've spent most of my time touring the city, not near the hotel.) English-speaking staff is limited at certain hours, but most needs can be addressed by any staff. Provided extra towels for trips to the onsen or other outside activities upon request. They willingly held my luggage for me after check-out for 4-5 hours. Check-in at 4 PM was quick, and there are electronic kiosks for self check-out and self check-in as well. There are women-only floors for traveling females. I booked the smallest room available, but it still was fairly spacious for a Japanese business hotel. The bed itself can easily fit 2 people of average size (obviously recommended for couples only). Luggage space for 2 people might be tight, but for 1 person it was more than enough. Toilet, shower and sink were more than roomy enough (compared to other Japanese business hotels I have previously stayed at), and the toilet has the ultra-modern bidet and seat heating features. Hairdryer, mirrors, coffee/tea maker and mini-fridge (beware: cleaning staff will turn it off each day) were included. Hotel cleaning staff found some loose items that fell under the bed and nicely placed them atop my desk. I've seen at least 2 Asian flight crews (pilots and air cabin staff) check in to this hotel over the week, so if the hotel is good enough for them, it should be good enough for most economical travelers.

Nothing fancy but a good value booking last minute going into a busy 3 day holiday weekend in Tokyo! Clean and comfortable and the slippers and pajamas were a nice touch! Don't make the same mistake I made though! I pulled up google maps and saw the airport was near this property, but alas, it wasn't Narita! Thankfully it was super easy to get to the airport and I had a later flight but it takes over an hour by train.

very close to the OIMSCHI metro station I have landed Hanela international airport in the morning from the airport tracing rates are fixed , so I have bought PASMO Card for 1000 YEN to and more if you want ,so had to wait for metro 5:15 to shingawa. then exis and transfer to JR lines one stop oimachi station , walk and go to hotel

The room was comfortable and had everything you might need for a stay here. The surrounding area has plenty of facilities and it's close to a metro station, only 1 stop away from Shinagawa for the Shinkansen and Narita Express. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location was very convenient for the ending of our Japan holiday. We were able to explore what we wanted and then be able to catch our later flight home.
